  • The world’s best filter is useless if there are leaks at the airbox seal: Twin Air PowerFlow kits ensure a tight, reliable fit thanks to a rigid, lightweight aluminum cage that replaces the original plastic cage and, if necessary, a machined aluminum flange securely fastened to the airbox.
  • Each PowerFlow kit is custom-designed for the specific application to optimize airflow, increase the sealing surface, eliminate the restrictive anti-backflow screen, and make maintenance easier.
  • All kits include a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter ready to use; replacement elements are available separately.
  • Kits for 2-stroke engines contain a Twin Air filter and a rigid, lightweight billet aluminum cage machined from solid that replaces the fragile original plastic cage and ensures a perfect seal with the airbox.
  • The kit for 4-stroke engines replaces the flame-arresting screen, which limits airflow, with an internally laminated screen fitted with a layer of foam to preserve air passage.
  • The specific kit for the YZ450F model (years 2010–2013) additionally includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume, as well as an exhaust plug, a cage, and a mounting kit.
