The PowerFlow Twin Air kit replaces the plastic cage with a precision‑machined aluminum cage (and a flange if required) for perfect sealing and optimized airflow, removes the restrictive grille and makes maintenance easier. Supplied with a pre‑oiled BIO Factory filter. Available in 2T/4T versions and as a YZ450F 2010–2013 kit including airbox, plug, cage and mounting hardware.

  • The best filter is useless if the airbox seal leaks: Twin Air PowerFlow kits ensure a tight, reliable fit thanks to a rigid, lightweight aluminum cage that replaces the original plastic cage and, when necessary, a machined aluminum flange securely fixed to the airbox.
  • Each PowerFlow kit is custom-designed for its application to optimize airflow, increase the sealing surface area, eliminate the restrictive anti-backflow screen, and make maintenance easier.
  • All kits include a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter; replacement filters are available separately.
  • Kits for 2-stroke engines include a Twin Air filter and a machined-from-solid aluminum cage, rigid and lightweight, which replaces the fragile original plastic cage to ensure a perfect seal with the airbox.
  • The 4-stroke kit replaces the flame-arrestor screen, which restricts airflow, with an integrated laminated screen fitted with a layer of flame-retardant foam.
  • The kit for the YZ450F (2010–2013) additionally includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume, plus an exhaust cap, a cage, and a mounting kit.
