The PowerFlow Twin Air kits replace the plastic cage with a machined aluminum cage (and a flange if required) for a perfect seal and improved airflow. Custom-designed, they remove the restrictive screen, simplify maintenance and include a pre-oiled BIO Factory filter; available in 2T/4T variants and as a complete kit for the YZ450F 2010–2013.

  • The best filter on the market is useless if the airbox seal leaks. PowerFlow Twin Air kits ensure a perfectly tight, long-lasting fit by replacing the original plastic cage with a machined aluminum cage that is rigid and lightweight; if necessary, a machined aluminum flange is securely attached to the airbox.
  • Each PowerFlow kit is custom-designed for its application to optimize airflow, increase the sealing surface area, eliminate the restrictive anti-backflow screen, and simplify maintenance operations.
  • All kits include a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter. Replacement elements are available separately.
  • Kits for 2-stroke engines feature a Twin Air filter and a one-piece machined-from-solid aluminum cage, rigid and lightweight, which replaces the fragile original plastic cage and ensures a perfect seal with the airbox.
  • The kit for 4-stroke engines replaces the spark-arrestor screen, often a source of flow restriction, with an internally positioned laminated screen fitted with a layer of flame-retardant foam.
  • The kit for the YZ450F (2010–2013) additionally includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume, as well as an exhaust plug, a cage, and a mounting kit.
