  • The best filter in the world is useless if the airbox seal lets air through: Twin Air's PowerFlow kits ensure reliable sealing and fit by replacing the fragile original plastic cage with a rigid, lightweight aluminum cage and, when necessary, adding a machined aluminum flange securely fixed to the airbox.
  • Each PowerFlow kit is specifically developed for its application to optimize airflow, increase the sealing surface, eliminate the restrictive anti-backflow screen, and simplify maintenance.
  • All kits include a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter ready to use; replacement filters are available for purchase separately.
  • Kits for 2-stroke engines include a Twin Air filter and a rigid, lightweight billet aluminum cage that replaces the fragile original plastic cage and ensures a perfect seal with the airbox.
  • The kit for 4-stroke engines replaces the flame-arresting screen, often restrictive to airflow, with a laminated screen positioned inside and fitted with a layer of fire-resistant foam.
  • For the YZ450F model (years 2010–2013), the kit additionally includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume, as well as an exhaust cap, a cage, and a mounting kit.
