Compatible with most FLT/FLHT, FXD, XL 1999-2016 and FLST 2000-2016 fenders (except FLSTS, FLSTN, FLSTSB, XL883N/1200N/1200X/1200V 2010-2016). Direct bolt-on for 1984-1998 models. The bracket also allows installing 1984-1998 OEM lights on FLT/FLHT, FXD, XL, FLSTC 1999-2016. Not DOT compliant; wiring must be modified on 1999-2016; DOT certification valid in the USA.
