  • Series 600 hose, available in dash sizes 02 to 04 (600-02 to 600-04).
  • Applications: brake and clutch circuits, as well as other hydraulic systems.
  • Construction: Series 600 stainless steel braided hose, with a PTFE inner tube and PVC outer coating.
  • PTFE inner tube: inert material compatible with all hydraulic and brake fluids; temperature range from -106 °C to 260 °C (-158 °F to 500 °F). PTFE protects brake systems from moisture, unlike other materials such as nylon.
  • PVC outer coating: provides a neat appearance, protects expensive components from abrasion, makes cleaning easier, and offers UV resistance.
  • Stainless steel braiding: superior in rated pressure, fire resistance and limitation of volumetric expansion compared to other materials (including aramid), for optimal braking performance.
  • Competition performance: designed to withstand high speeds, rapid gear changes and intense braking. The Series 600 hose limits expansion under high pressure and temperature, ensuring consistent pressure at the brake and clutch pedal for firmer control without a spongy feel.
  • Durability: abrasion- and fire-resistant; also recommended for gauge lines and fire extinguisher systems.
  • Usage advice: use dash size 3 for most braking systems; dash 3 or 4 for the clutch depending on the application. Dash 2 is the smallest available diameter: its smaller bore increases line pressure and brake responsiveness.
  • Versatility: perfectly suited for 2- and 4-wheel braking systems, for road and track use.
  • Materials / construction (reminder): stainless steel braided outer sheath, corrosion- and fire-resistant; PTFE inner tube compatible with all brake and clutch fluids.
  • The 600-03 model is offered with anti-abrasion sleeves in several colours to facilitate identification, maintenance and improve aesthetics.
