  • Series 600 hose, available in diameters 02 to 04 (dash 2 to dash 4).
  • Intended use: for braking and clutch systems (brake, clutch, hydraulic).
  • Type: stainless steel braided hose, -3 version of the 600 series.
  • Goodridge design: each hose consists of a stainless steel braided outer sheath, a PVC outer coating and an inner PTFE tube.
  • PTFE inner tube: inert material compatible with all hydraulic and brake fluids; temperature range from -106 °C to 260 °C (-158 °F to 500 °F); protects brake circuits from moisture, unlike other materials such as nylon.
  • PVC outer coating: provides a neat appearance, protects expensive components from abrasion, makes cleaning easier and offers good resistance to harmful UV rays.
  • Stainless steel braided sheath: superior in rated pressure, fire resistance and limiting volumetric expansion compared to other materials (including aramid), for remarkable braking performance.
  • Extreme-condition performance: high speeds, rapid gear changes and intense braking put heavy demands on competition hydraulic systems; the 600 series limits expansion under high pressure and temperature to maintain constant pedal pressure.
  • Result: firmer, more effective brake and clutch operation, without a spongy feel or loss of responsiveness.
  • Durability: abrasion- and fire-resistant hose; also recommended for gauge lines and fire suppression systems.
  • Diameter choices: use dash 3 for most braking systems; dash 3 or dash 4 recommended for clutches depending on the application.
  • Micro-bore dash 2: the finest available; its size reduces internal volume, increasing line pressure and brake responsiveness.
  • Recommended applications: ideally suited for all types of braking on 2- or 4-wheel vehicles, for track or road use.
  • Materials / construction: corrosion- and fire-resistant stainless steel outer braid; PTFE inner tube compatible with all brake and clutch fluids.
  • Styling options: the 600-03 hose is available with abrasion-resistant sleeves in several colors to aid identification, maintenance and aesthetics.
  • Available colors for the 600-03 series: Black (BK), Blue (SB), Carbon (CB), Clear (CL).
  • Other color finishes: Printed Clear (CLG), Green (GN), Red (RD).
  • Additional palette: Yellow (YE), Orange (OR), Electric Blue (EB).
