Installation in ~5 min (diagonal cutters + 7/16" wrench). Hoses/fittings labeled, pressure‑tested and 100% inspected. Applications: XL '04–'12 (M10×1.25 / M12×1.50); Big Twin (except Dresser '08–'12) and XL <'04 (3/8"/7/16"); Dresser '08–'12 (M10×1.25). Not compatible with ABS.

  • All kits are presented in a compartmentalized, labeled case, including 25' of transparent stainless braided hose resistant to yellowing, chrome banjo fittings, polished stainless fasteners, copper washers, a very sturdy pair of BYO® aluminum vise jaws, and four brazed and plated manifolds allowing you to make the majority of double-disc front brake lines.
  • Quick installation: mount the lines in just 5 minutes using diagonal cutters and a 7/16" wrench to achieve a perfect fit and alignment.
  • Quality controlled: each brake line and all fittings are labeled, pressure-tested and 100% inspected before shipment.
  • Applications and compatibilities: for XL models '04-'12 use 10 mm x 1.25 and 12 mm x 1.50 banjo bolts; all Big Twin (except Dresser '08-'12) and XL models prior to '04 use 3/8" and 7/16" banjo bolts; Dresser '08-'12 require 10 mm x 1.25 banjo bolts.
  • Warning: NOT compatible with anti-lock braking systems (ABS).
