  • Series 600 hose, available in sizes 02 to 04.
  • Primary use: brakes, clutch and hydraulic applications.
  • Construction: braided hose with stainless steel outer braid; -3 version of the 600 series available.
  • Multilayer structure: inner PTFE tube, stainless steel braided sheath and external PVC coating.
  • The inner PTFE tube is an inert material, compatible with all brake fluids and hydraulic fluids, offering a wide temperature range from -106 °C to 260 °C (-158 °F to 500 °F).
  • Unlike nylon, PTFE effectively protects brake circuits against moisture and prevents degradation related to water absorption.
  • The PVC coating provides a neat aesthetic finish, protects expensive components from abrasion, makes cleaning easier and resists harmful UV rays.
  • The stainless steel braid provides a higher pressure rating, improved fire resistance and lower volumetric expansion compared to other materials (including aramid), resulting in optimized braking power.
  • In competition conditions (high speeds, quick gear changes, heavy braking), the Series 600 hose limits expansion under high pressure and temperature, ensuring constant pedal pressure.
  • Result: firmer and more efficient brake and clutch control, without a spongy feel.
  • Abrasion- and fire-resistant, the hose is also recommended for pressure gauge lines and fire extinguisher systems.
  • Diameter usage advice: favor the -3 diameter for most brake systems, and -3 or -4 for clutches depending on the application.
  • The -2 version is the thinnest available: its micro-bore increases line pressure and improves brake responsiveness.
  • Perfectly suited for all braking applications on 2- and 4-wheeled vehicles, for track or road use.
  • Materials / construction: corrosion- and fire-resistant stainless steel outer braid; inner PTFE tube compatible with all brake and clutch fluids.
  • The 600-03 hose is offered with anti-abrasion sleeves in several colors to facilitate identification, maintenance and enhance appearance.
  • Available colors for the 600-03 series: Black (BK), Blue (SB), Carbon (CB), Clear (CL).
  • Other finishes: Printed clear (CLG), Green (GN), Red (RD), Yellow (YE), Orange (OR), Electric Blue (EB).
