Hydraulic conversion kit for Twin Cam ’99–’06 (except Dyna ’06), replacing mechanical pushrods and lifters with a hydraulic system compatible with ’99–’06 and ’07–’16 main-bearing setups. Lowers engine temperature by 25–35°C, raises oil pressure by 15–30 PSI, and eliminates wet sumping/blow-by. Includes Feuling HP+ pump, High Flow plate, Reaper camshafts, HP+ hydraulic lifters, adjustable/one-piece pushrods, Timken bearings, seals/gaskets, ARP fasteners and hardware.

  • Upgrade from old camshafts and mechanical tensioners to a modern hydraulic tensioner system for improved reliability and easier maintenance.
  • Significant reduction in engine temperatures: decrease on the order of 25° to 35°C.
  • Increase in oil pressure of 15 to 30 PSI, improving lubrication and internal engine protection.
  • Eliminates wet sumping, blow-by, and oil‑soaked air filters, contributing to a cleaner, better‑performing engine.
  • The complete kit includes: a Feuling HP+® high-flow oil pump, a High Flow cam plate, Reaper® series camshafts, HP+ hydraulic roller lifters, quick‑install adjustable or one‑piece pushrods, Timken® bearings, as well as all necessary seals, O‑rings, and exhaust gaskets.
  • The kit also includes ARP® fasteners, washers, molybdenum assembly paste, Loctite®, and the full hardware set for a complete, professional installation.
  • Conversion camshafts specifically designed for Twin Cam '99–'06 engines: they use the internal bearings from '99–'06 and the external bearings from '07–'16, allowing adoption of the '07–'16 cam plates, oil pump, hydraulic tensioners, and '07–'16 chain drive system.
  • The conversion kit contains the components required to install the '07–'16 system: sprockets, hydraulic tensioners, chains, and spacers needed for a complete implementation.
  • Compatibility: designed for Twin Cam 1999–2006 (excluding 2006 Dyna models).
