Conversion kit for Twin Cam 1999–2006 (except 2006 Dyna): replaces camshafts and mechanical tensioners with a hydraulic system, reduces engine temperature by 25–35°C, increases oil pressure by 15–30 PSI, and eliminates wet sumping and blow-by. The kit includes Feuling HP+ pump, High-Flow plate, Reaper camshafts, HP+ hydraulic lifters, pushrods, Timken bearings, gaskets/seals, ARP fasteners, gears, chains, and spacers.

  • Upgrades older camshafts and mechanical lifters to a modern hydraulic lifter system.
  • Reduces engine temperatures by approximately 25° to 35°.
  • Increases oil pressure by 15 to 30 PSI for improved lubrication.
  • Eliminates wet sumping, blow-by, and oil-fouled air filters.
  • The kit includes: a Feuling HP+® high-flow oil pump, a High Flow cam plate, Reaper® series camshafts, HP+ hydraulic roller lifters, quick-install adjustable pushrods or one-piece pushrods, Timken® bearings, as well as all seals, O-rings, exhaust gaskets, ARP® fasteners, washers, molybdenum paste, Loctite®, and the necessary hardware.
  • Conversion camshafts designed for Twin Cam 1999–2006 engines: they use the 1999–2006 inner bearings and the 2007–2016 outer bearings, allowing the use of the cam plates, oil pump, hydraulic lifters, and chain drive system from 2007–2016 models.
  • The conversion kit also includes the sprockets, hydraulic lifters, chains, and spacers required for installation.
  • Compatible with Twin Cam engines from 1999 to 2006, except for 2006 Dyna models.
