  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece EV8 stainless steel forging — each part is precision-machined to ensure tight tolerances and a consistent finish.
  • Lightweight, robust one-piece forging: the monoblock construction provides an excellent balance of strength and low mass, with profiles specifically designed to deliver outstanding flow characteristics.
  • High-performance surface treatment: the valve undergoes a special German process to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, significantly improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing superior protection against corrosion and wear compared with chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Simulation-driven design and flow-bench validation: each valve is designed using finite element analysis (FEA) software and its profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench to optimize performance.
  • Coated stems: valve stems feature a black Nitroneg coating for improved durability and reduced contact wear.
  • Made in the USA: manufactured in the United States to strict production and quality-control standards.
