  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece monobloc forging, made from EV8 stainless steel for optimal quality and precision
  • One-piece monobloc forging engineered to be both lightweight and extremely robust, with profiles specifically designed to provide excellent flow characteristics
  • Surface-treated using a special German process: penetration to a depth of 0.002 and a surface layer of 0.0002, which improves wear resistance, reduces friction and provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to chrome or electrolytic nickel plating
  • Each valve is sized and optimized using finite element analysis (FEA), and the profiles are then tested and validated on a computerized flow bench
  • Stems are coated with black Nitroneg for improved durability, reduced friction and increased longevity
  • Made in the USA
