  • Single-piece monobloc forging that is both lightweight and durable, with optimized profiles providing excellent flow characteristics
  • Treated using a special German process applied to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and offering corrosion and abrasion protection superior to chrome plating and electroplated nickel
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (FEA) software and its profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench
  • Valve stems coated with black Nitroneg
