  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece EV8 stainless steel forging, ensuring dimensional precision and a high-quality finish.
  • A lightweight yet extremely durable one-piece forging, with profiles optimized to provide excellent flow characteristics and improve engine performance.
  • Surface treatment performed using a special German process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002 and depositing a surface layer of 0.0002, which increases wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared with chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Design based on finite element analysis (F.E.A.) to ensure structural reliability, with valve profiles rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to optimize aerodynamic performance.
  • Valve stems treated and coated in black Nitroneg, offering excellent wear resistance and a low-friction surface for long-lasting operation.
  • Product manufactured in the United States, assembled and inspected to high-quality standards.
