  • Monobloc forging that combines lightness and strength, with specially developed profiles to deliver excellent flow characteristics
  • Surface treatment carried out using a special German process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002 and creating a surface layer of 0.0002, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing corrosion and wear protection superior to chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating
  • Each valve designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software, with profiles tested and validated on a computerized flow bench
