  • CNC-machined Black Diamond™ valves from a one-piece forged monoblock of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring precision and dimensional consistency.
  • One-piece forged monoblock construction combining lightness and high strength, with profiles specially designed to deliver excellent flow characteristics.
  • Surface treatment using a specific German process, applied to a depth of 0.002 and depositing a surface layer of 0.0002, improving wear resistance and reducing premature wear.
  • This treatment significantly reduces friction and provides corrosion and abrasion protection superior to that achieved by chrome or electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Each valve is engineered using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software to optimize stresses and performance, and the profiles are then validated on a computerized flow bench.
  • The stems are coated with a black Nitroneg treatment to enhance durability and resistance to friction.
