  • One-piece forging designed to be lightweight and extremely durable, with profiles engineered to provide excellent flow characteristics
  • The valve benefits from a special German treatment process applied to a depth of 0.002 with a surface layer of 0.0002, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and offering corrosion and wear protection superior to chrome plating and electroplated nickel
  • Each valve is developed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software and its profiles are validated on a computerized flow bench
  • Stems coated with a black Nitroneg treatment for increased durability and performance
