  • CNC-machined Black Diamond™ valves from a one-piece forged monoblock of EV8 stainless steel
  • One-piece forged body that is both lightweight and extremely durable, with profiles engineered to provide excellent flow characteristics
  • Each valve receives a special German treatment applied to a depth of 0.002, creating a surface layer of 0.0002, which increases wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides corrosion and abrasion protection far superior to chrome or electrolytic nickel plating
  • Designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software and profile validation through computerized flow-bench testing
  • Stems coated with black Nitroneg for improved durability and reduced friction
