  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a single-piece forged EV8 stainless steel for optimal precision and strength.
  • Single-piece forge that is both lightweight and robust, with profiles specially engineered to provide excellent flow characteristics.
  • Treated using a special German process: deep treatment down to 0.002 and a surface layer of 0.0002, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and offering superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to chrome plating and electroplated nickel.
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software and the profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure performance.
  • Stems coated with black Nitroneg for increased durability and improved wear resistance.
  • Made in the USA.
