  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece forged EV8 stainless steel billet for precise, repeatable manufacturing.
  • One-piece forged body—both lightweight and extremely strong—with optimized profiles that ensure excellent flow characteristics.
  • Surface treatment performed using a special German process to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, providing improved wear resistance, reduced friction, and superior protection against corrosion and wear compared with chrome plating or electroplated nickel.
  • Computer-aided finite element analysis (FEA) design for each valve, with profiles validated by tests on a computerized flow bench.
  • Stems fitted with a black Nitroneg coating for optimized durability and performance.
  • Made in the USA.
