  • Forged one-piece body, both lightweight and extremely strong, with profiles engineered to provide excellent flow characteristics
  • Surface treatment applied using a special German process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002 and creating a surface layer of 0.0002
  • This treatment improves wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) and its profiles are verified on a computerized flow test bench
  • Stems finished with a black Nitroneg coating for improved durability
