  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece forged EV8 stainless steel blank, ensuring precision and dimensional stability.
  • One-piece forged body that is both lightweight and extremely durable, featuring specially engineered profiles to deliver excellent flow characteristics.
  • Surface treatment performed using a specific German process, applied to a depth of 0.002 with a surface layer of 0.0002, which increases wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to electroplated chrome and nickel plating.
  • Each valve is developed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) and its profiles are validated on a computerized flow test bench to optimize performance.
  • Valve stems coated with a black Nitroneg treatment for improved durability and increased abrasion resistance.
