Conversion kit that replaces mechanical shafts and tensioners with a hydraulic system, reducing engine temperature by 25–35° and increasing oil pressure by 15–30 PSI. Eliminates wet-sumping and blow-by. Comes complete with Feuling HP+ pump, plates, Reaper® shafts, lifters, seals and hardware; compatible with Twin Cam '99–'06 (except Dyna '06) and includes conversion for '07–'16 parts.

  • Conversion of original mechanical camshafts and tensioners to a modern hydraulic tensioner system.
  • Significant reduction in engine temperatures: lowered by approximately 25° to 35°.
  • Increase in oil pressure: typical gain of 15 to 30 PSI.
  • Eliminates wet-sumping and blow-by, and prevents oil fouling of air filters.
  • The kit includes: a high-flow Feuling HP+® oil pump, a High Flow cam plate, Reaper® series camshafts, HP+ hydraulic roller lifters, quick-install adjustable pushrods or one-piece pushrods, Timken® bearings, as well as all gaskets, O-rings, exhaust gaskets, ARP® fasteners, washers, molybdenum paste, Loctite®, and necessary hardware.
  • Conversion camshafts specially designed for Twin Cam '99-'06 engines using the '99-'06 internal bearings and the '07-'16 external bearings, allowing use of the '07-'16 cam plates, oil pump, hydraulic tensioners, and chain drive system.
  • The conversion kit also includes the required drive components (sprockets, hydraulic tensioners, chains, and spacers) for complete installation.
  • Compatible with most 1999 to 2006 Twin Cam models; excludes the 2006 Dyna.
