  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece forged EV8 stainless steel, offering precise manufacturing and maximum strength.
  • A lightweight yet robust one-piece forging, designed with optimized profiles that ensure excellent flow characteristics and improved engine performance.
  • Surface treatment performed using a special German process, applied to a depth of 0.002 and forming a surface layer of 0.0002, significantly increasing wear resistance and reducing friction.
  • This treatment provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to traditional coatings such as chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software to optimize strength and geometry, and its profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench to validate flow performance.
  • Valve stems coated with a black Nitroneg finish to improve durability, reduce friction, and ensure more reliable long-term operation.
