  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a single-piece forged EV8 stainless steel, ensuring precise manufacturing and optimal dimensional stability.
  • Single-piece forged construction that is both lightweight and extremely robust, with specially developed profiles to provide excellent flow characteristics.
  • Surface treatment applied using a special German process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002 and forming a surface layer of 0.0002, which improves wear resistance, reduces friction, and offers corrosion and wear protection superior to chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to optimize performance.
  • Valve stems coated with a black Nitroneg treatment, providing improved surface durability and a resilient finish.
  • Made in the USA, benefiting from American quality control and manufacturing standards.
