  • Progressive-wind design: each spring is manufactured with a Beehive profile and a progressively varying winding to optimize load response and durability.
  • High-quality material: these springs are made from Kobe "super-clean" chrome-silicon wire, an alloy selected for its strength and reliability.
  • High-performance industrial treatments: the springs undergo heat treatment followed by shot peening to improve fatigue resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
  • Psi-Loc™ style retaining cups: the cups are "titanium-style Psi-Loc™" but made from hardened steel, designed by EFA with tight tolerances to ensure the correct assembly height.
  • Mechanical reliability: the cup design and machining precision reduce the risk of retainer pull-out and ensure a secure fastening during use.
