  • Progressive-wound springs manufactured from Kobe "super-clean" chrome‑silicon (CrSi) wire, subjected to heat treatment and shot peening to ensure integrity and longevity.
  • Posi‑Loc™ style upper retainers available in hardened steel or titanium, machined to tight tolerances and validated by finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure correct installed height and prevent keeper "pull-through".
  • Heat-treated (H.T.) steel base washers, specially designed to fit OEM tophats or KPMI-compatible tophats with this kit, ensuring precise and reliable installation.
  • Made in the USA, meeting the production and quality control standards associated with that manufacturing.
  • The kit is designed to use OEM-style valve keepers (keepers not included — sold separately), allowing the original assembly method to be retained.
  • For 2023–2024 CVO models: it is imperative to check the check‑valve travel (lift) to determine compatibility with Kibblewhite Precision Machining Inc. (KPMI®) spring kits.
