  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece forged EV8 stainless steel
  • Lightweight yet extremely durable one-piece forging, with profiles engineered to deliver excellent flow characteristics
  • Shot-peened using a special German process to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing superior protection against corrosion and abrasion compared to chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software and profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench
  • Valve stems coated with a black Nitroneg finish
