  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece forged EV8 stainless steel billet, ensuring precision manufacturing and optimal durability.
  • Valve bodies from a one-piece forge that are both lightweight and extremely robust, with profiles specifically engineered to deliver excellent flow characteristics.
  • The valve benefits from a specific German surface treatment applied to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, which increases wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion and abrasion compared to hard chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Each part is developed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) to optimize the design, and the profiles are then validated on a computerized flow bench to ensure real-world performance.
  • The stems are coated with a black Nitroneg finish, providing improved wear resistance and a high-quality appearance.
