  • One‑piece forged construction — lightweight yet durable — with profiles engineered to deliver excellent flow characteristics
  • Finished using a special German process to a depth of 0.002 with a surface layer of 0.0002, enhancing wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to hard chrome and electrolytic nickel plating
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (FEA) software and the profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench
  • Stems coated with black Nitroneg
