  • CNC-machined Black Diamond™ valves from a one-piece forged EV8 stainless steel billet, delivering precision and a high-quality finish.
  • One-piece forged body that is both lightweight and strong, with specially engineered profiles to ensure excellent flow characteristics.
  • Specific German surface treatment applied to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer of 0.0002, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing superior protection against corrosion and wear compared with chrome plating and electroplated nickel.
  • Designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software for each valve, with the profiles then validated on a computerized flow test bench.
  • Stems coated with a black Nitroneg coating for improved durability and reduced friction.
  • Made in the USA, ensuring rigorous production standards and controlled manufacturing.
