  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece forged block of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring manufacturing precision and consistency.
  • One-piece forged body, both lightweight and extremely durable, with profiles specially engineered to provide excellent flow characteristics.
  • Each valve receives a special German treatment applied to a depth of 0.002, forming a surface layer of 0.0002; this treatment increases wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides corrosion and abrasion protection superior to chrome plating or electroplated nickel.
  • Designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.), with profile validation performed on a computerized flow test bench to optimize performance.
  • Stems fitted with a black Nitroneg coating for improved durability and reduced friction.
  • Made in the USA, meeting strict manufacturing standards.
