Feuling BeeHive® high‑load spring kit — Made in the USA: conical oval wire, nitrided and Nano Peen™‑treated; lightweight retainers; 10° micro‑polished titanium cups; machined chromoly seats; shims, keepers and premium Viton seals included. Designed for high‑performance engines (up to 0.750" lift); track‑ and dyno‑tested. Direct‑fit, no machining required for Big Twin '84–'04, XL '86–'03 (≤0.574") and Twin Cam '05–'17 (≤0.700").

  • Made from unstressed, tapered oval-section wire with surface nitriding, shot-peening and Nano Peen™ polishing for optimal durability and surface finish.
  • Equipped with a significantly smaller, lighter retainer to reduce valve mass, improve high-rpm response and ensure smoother operation.
  • Developed to meet the most demanding requirements of high-performance engines fitted with fast-rise camshafts.
  • Compatible with camshafts up to 0.750" lift; no rocker cover modifications required.
  • Offer an extremely high level of fatigue resistance.
  • Validated by track testing and proven on engine dynos.
  • Kit includes: High-Load BeeHive® valve springs, lightweight 10° titanium micro-polished Ti-17 alloy retainers for increased longevity, machined and heat-treated chromoly spring seats, shims, valve keepers, and a set of premium Viton® seals with a spring-loaded wiper system.

  • Valve springs must be installed at the specified open height, in accordance with the indicated maximum lift and open height.
  • The Feuling® BeeHive® spring kit is a direct replacement requiring no machining or rocker cover modification. Compatible up to 0.574" lift for Big Twin '84-'04 and XL '86-'03, and up to 0.700" for Twin Cam '05-'17. Higher-lift camshafts may require valve guide machining to allow seal clearance.
