  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece forged EV8 stainless steel blank for optimal precision and durability.
  • One-piece forged body, both lightweight and strong, with profiles specifically designed to provide excellent flow characteristics.
  • Surface treatment applied using a special German process to a depth of 0.002, with a surface layer thickness of 0.0002, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to chrome plating and electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Each valve is designed using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software to optimize stresses and performance.
  • Valve profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure flow performance meets specifications.
  • Stems are coated with black Nitroneg for improved durability and a long-lasting finish.
