  • This camshaft is designed to fit Big Twin engines from 1966 to 1984 without requiring cylinder head modification, except for 1980-1981 models.
  • On 1980-1981 engines, the height of the original Harley-Davidson valve guides limits spring travel and, consequently, the effective cam lift to .430" or less.
  • Spring travel and all clearances, including those for the main bearing, must be checked on 1980 and later models prior to installation.
  • Provides increased power in the mid and high RPM ranges while maintaining the same idle characteristics.
