  • Precision CNC-machined Black Diamond™ valves manufactured from one-piece EV8 stainless steel forgings.
  • Lightweight yet strong one-piece forged construction with optimized profiles that ensure excellent flow.
  • Each valve receives a special German-origin treatment to a depth of .002, with a .0002 surface layer, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing superior protection compared to electroplated chrome or nickel.
  • Each valve is engineered using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) software, and profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench.
  • Stems feature a black nitride coating.
  • Made in the USA.
