A German deep treatment penetrates .002" with a .0002" surface layer, reducing wear and minimizing friction—superior to chrome or nickel plating. Designed with FEA and flow-bench tested, with black-nitrided stems. Made in the USA.

  • Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a one-piece EV8 stainless steel forging for high precision and consistent quality.
  • One-piece forging that is both lightweight and strong, with profiles engineered to ensure excellent gas flow.
  • Valves benefit from a special German-origin process: 0.002 deep treatment and 0.0002 surface layer, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and providing superior protection compared to chrome or electroplated nickel.
  • Each valve is developed using finite element analysis (FEA) software and its profiles are tested on a computerized flow bench.
  • Stems coated with black nitride.
