A German surface treatment (.002” case depth, .0002” surface layer) reduces wear and friction, providing superior protection compared to chrome/nickel. FEA-designed, with profiles flow-bench tested. Stems are black-nitride coated. Made in the USA.

  • Forged one-piece design, lightweight and robust, with optimized profiles ensuring excellent flow.
  • Special German-origin treatment applied to a depth of .002, with a .0002 surface layer, improving wear resistance, reducing friction, and offering superior protection to chrome or electrolytic nickel plating.
  • Each valve is engineered using finite element analysis (F.E.A.) and its profiles are validated on a computerized flow bench.
  • Stems coated with black nitroneg.
