  • Many OEM starters are fitted with an unprotected output needle bearing; moisture can enter the starter housing and reach this bearing, causing it to corrode.
  • Rick's goes further by fitting a double-sealed ball bearing, with the output seal positioned outside the bearing in their new aftermarket unit.
