  • Economy starters equipped with bearings designed to last longer than the original factory-fitted ones
  • On many original starters, an output needle bearing remains exposed outside the shaft seal; moisture can then enter the starter motor's output cap and reach this bearing, causing it to corrode
  • Rick's improves the design by incorporating a double-sealed ball bearing, placing the output shaft seal outside the bearing in its new aftermarket unit
  • Smart design: the outer bearing benefits from water protection and the sealed ball bearing is designed to be replaceable
