  • Nippondenso starters assembled in the United States, built with reinforced components and tested on state-of-the-art control equipment.
  • The solenoid plunger, return damper and springs have been replaced with reinforced parts for increased reliability.
  • The clutch shaft and rollers are replaced with ground and heat-treated parts designed to extend starter life.
  • All components are assembled using a special grease specifically formulated for starter freewheel (one-way clutch) applications.
  • Mounting brackets are CNC-machined and secured with aerospace-grade fasteners, ensuring precise and durable installation.
  • After assembly, each starter undergoes a series of bench tests including: high- and low-voltage tests, stall torque measurement, verification of solenoid engagement, current draw (amperage) check, load testing, maximum speed verification, and starter motor pulse waveform analysis.
