  • Plug-and-play module designed to upgrade the electronic advance ignition on recent Harley motorcycles, microprocessor-controlled for highly precise ignition management.
  • Allows adjustment of the ignition advance curve and the rev limiter to match the engine’s specific requirements; four built-in advance curves cover stock to heavily modified engines, and four independent rev-limiter settings (6000–7500 rpm) provide optimal protection.
  • PC-programmable, allowing separate definition of full-throttle and part-throttle advance curves, rev limits, the number of engine revolutions for ignition, and the rear cylinder timing offset.
  • Dedicated tachometer output (separate output wire) to ensure clean tachometer operation when the rev limiter is active and in single-fire mode.
  • Diagnostic LED located on the back of the control module to simplify troubleshooting and assist with static ignition timing.
  • Designed and manufactured in the United States.
  • IMPORTANT: For any advanced electronic ignition (for example Dyna 2000‑HD1 or Harley’s original electronic ignition), use carbon-core suppression spark plug wires to reduce radio interference. Using copper-core wires can cause malfunctions due to electrical noise generated at the spark plugs. The original Harley‑Davidson wire is compatible.
  • Not compatible with fuel-injected models.
  • HDE systems are not compatible with Dyna “S” systems; use only HD1/HD2 systems.
