Naraku 70cc cast-iron sport cylinder kit for air-cooled scooters (vertical Minarelli engine). Piston with a molybdenum coating that wears off after a few hours of break‑in. Compatible with stock and performance exhausts. Supplied with a gasket set; the original cylinder head can be used (70cc head sold separately). If using the stock carburetor, increase the main jet by 7–10%; a 17.5–19 mm jet is recommended.

  • Naraku 70cc cast-iron sport cylinder kit, designed for air-cooled scooters equipped with a Minarelli engine in vertical orientation.
  • The piston supplied by Naraku features a molybdenum coating that protects the piston and cylinder during the break-in period.
  • This coating is designed to wear away completely after a few hours of use, ensuring optimal operation thereafter.
  • The cylinder is compatible with both the stock exhaust system and sport/performance exhausts.
  • If you keep the original carburetor, it is recommended to increase the jet size by approximately 7–10% (indicative value) for more appropriate tuning.
  • For optimal performance, it is recommended to fit the engine with a sport carburetor with a diameter between 17.5 and 19 mm.
  • The kit is supplied with a set of gaskets: the original cylinder head can be reused; however, using a dedicated 70cc cylinder head is recommended (cylinder head sold separately).
