Naraku 70cc sport cast-iron cylinder kit for water-cooled Piaggio scooters (pentagonal type, from 1997). Piston with molybdenum protective break-in coating (wears off after a few hours). Compatible with stock and performance exhausts; supplied with a gasket set. If using the stock carburetor, increase main jets by ~7–10% or fit a 17.5–19 mm carburetor. 70cc cylinder head recommended (sold separately).

  • Naraku 70cc cast iron sport cylinder kit, robustly designed for scooters fitted with a Piaggio water-cooled engine from 1997 onwards (pentagonal-type mounting).
  • The Naraku piston features a molybdenum coating that protects the cylinder and piston during the break-in period; this coating fully dissolves after a few hours of operation.
  • This cylinder is compatible with both stock and sport exhausts, offering wide versatility of use.
  • If you keep the original carburetor, it is necessary to increase the jet size by about 7–10% (indicative value) to ensure a correct mixture and optimal performance.
  • For best results, the use of a sport carburetor with a diameter between 17.5 and 19 mm is recommended.
  • The kit is supplied with a gasket set; the original cylinder head can be reused, however a specific 70cc cylinder head is recommended for complete optimization (70cc head sold separately).
