Black Diamond valves: forged stainless steel with anti-wear treatment; White Diamond valves: CNC-machined from EV8 or Inconel 751 with 360° hard chrome.

  • Comprehensive kit combining a selection of top-end gaskets, a complete set of KPMI® standard valves, a high-performance titanium spring kit, plus a full set of valve guides and Viton® valve stem seals.
  • The top-end gasket pack includes base, crankcase, exhaust, and head gaskets, along with all essential O-rings and washers.
  • C630 valve guides are manufactured from a copper–nickel–aluminum (Cu‑Ni‑Al) alloy.
  • C674 valve guides, made from soft manganese bronze, are easy to ream for a precise fit.
  • Black Diamond™ valves are one-piece forged from stainless steel and impregnated using a specialized German process to increase wear resistance and reduce friction.
  • White Diamond® valves are fully CNC-machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel or Inconel‑751, then hard-chrome plated with a 360° anode for a first-class finish.
