Big valves, 264 CFM ports, and high-performance springs that accept cam lifts up to .650" for snappy torque and flow suited to big-inch builds (>103") or high-compression pistons. Compatible with OEM components. Includes four long bolts; made in the USA. When using S&S decompression releases, use S&S rocker covers.

  • These cylinder heads arrive ready to install, fully assembled with springs and valves.
  • Specifically developed for 1999–2005 engines retaining the stock crankcase.
  • Compatible with touring bikes and other demanding heavy-duty applications.
  • Ideal for engines over 103" or builds equipped with high-compression pistons.
  • The combustion chamber provides a slightly higher compression ratio than stock while remaining manageable on larger-displacement engines.
  • Large 2.000" intake and 1.605" exhaust valves to maintain port velocity and deliver crisp low- and midrange response while supplying the airflow needed for big engines.
  • S&S® high-performance valve springs allow camshafts with lift up to .650".
  • Intake ports flow 264 CFM (versus 182 CFM for stock heads) for a noticeable breathing gain.
  • Maintains compatibility with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds.
  • Includes the heads and four long head bolts; re-use of four OEM long bolts is required.
  • Made in the USA.
  • If you use S&S decompression releases, matching S&S rocker covers are required.
