Guides in C630 (Cu-Ni-Al aluminum bronze) and C674 (manganese bronze, easy to ream). Black Diamond valves: forged, wear-resistant stainless steel. White Diamond valves: CNC-machined from EV8 stainless or Inconel 751, with 360° hard chrome.

  • Set includes a complete top-end gasket set, a complete set of standard KPMI® valves, a high-performance titanium spring kit, as well as a complete set of valve guides and Viton® valve stem seals.
  • The top-end gasket kit includes base gaskets, crankcase gaskets, exhaust gaskets, and head gaskets, along with all required O-rings and washers.
  • C630 valve guides are made from a copper–nickel–aluminum alloy.
  • C674 valve guides, made from soft manganese bronze, are easy to ream.
  • Black Diamond™ valves are one-piece forged stainless steel, then impregnated using a proprietary German process to improve wear resistance and reduce friction.
  • White Diamond® valves are fully CNC-machined from a single-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel or Inconel 751, and receive hard chrome plating with a 360° anode for an ultra-high-quality finish.
