  • The inner core is made from Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminium, a very strong alloy also used on the standard Renthal sprocket.
  • The outer section is made of steel plated with chemical nickel for increased durability, and designed with the minimum amount of material to reduce weight as much as possible.
  • The outer ring is expanded at 200 °C before being fitted onto the inner core; this manufacturing process, combined with the wavy profiles, guarantees a permanent bond for the life of the sprocket.
  • Flat-head screws increase the sprocket’s resistance to lateral impacts and prevent any contact with the chain guide.
  • Self-cleaning mud channels between each tooth prevent the build-up of dirt, limit wear and help reduce the overall weight.
  • This construction provides up to three times the longevity of fully aluminium sprockets while remaining significantly lighter than a fully steel sprocket.
