  • The inner section is machined from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, identical to that used on the standard Renthal sprocket.
  • The outer section is made from steel with a chemical nickel plating for increased durability, and is designed with minimal material to reduce weight as much as possible.
  • The outer ring is heated to 200 °C and expanded before being fitted onto the inner section; this manufacturing process, combined with the wavy profile, ensures a permanent bond for the life of the chain.
  • Flat-head screws increase the sprocket's resistance to lateral impacts and prevent any contact with the chain guide.
  • Mud-shedding, self-cleaning grooves between each tooth prevent dust buildup, reduce wear and help lighten the component.
  • Offers up to three times the lifespan of standard all-aluminum sprockets while remaining significantly lighter than a fully steel sprocket.
